      种植指南


      生菜全年均可种植,春、秋两季最为适宜,生长适温为15-20℃。夏季注意遮阴降温,北方冬天需室内保温。播种前要在土壤中拌入含磷较高的有机肥料,两三天后开始播种。将种子用温水浸泡四五个小时,均匀撒于土壤上,无须覆土,直接浇水,约两三天后可长出绿芽,七八天后可疏苗,每盆保留3-5 株健壮幼苗。14天后施肥一次,之后每周少量施肥一次。25天之后生长旺盛,可先食用部分,35-50天后即可采收。生菜不同的生长期,对水分要求不同,幼苗期不能干燥不能太湿,太干苗子易老化,太湿苗子易徒长。由于生菜为无公害蔬菜,可作生食蔬菜,所以追肥不建议施用人畜粪,一般以尿素为主。适时追施3-4次,可在定植缓苗后浇0.3%尿素液,每亩用尿素5千克左右。以后每隔10天施一次,遇干旱要多浇水。封行后,一般不再施肥浇水,保持畦面稍干,采收前数天禁浇水,以利采后贮运。
